What to do next in printing? Manugraph has the answer!

International exhibition of print technologies PrintPack 2015 took place in New-Delhi in the middle of February. Manugraph has presented the new web offset printing press Ecoline, which meets the newest requirements of the newspaper market. Manugrpah is well-known manufacturer of single width and single circumference printing presses. This time Manugrpah has shown its newest and incredibly small-sized web offset printing press.

 

Ecoline distinguishes fr om the previous Manugraph models by it's small size. The 4x4 Printing tower height is only 2,6 meters! Amazing compactness allow operator to make all adjustments in a single level, which is a totally new concept to the industry. Manugraph has designed all mechanical parts of Ecoline fr om scatch. New model has the shortest distance of web path – only 1,6 meters from the first to the last printing couples. Samples of Ecoline’s highest printing quality were presented to the visitors of the PrintPack exhibition.

  

Ecoline provides excellent opportunity to save time for adjustments during print runs change over. Four printing stations of it's tower are mounted in a single-wall structure, which provides outstanding mechanical stability and perfect accuracy of assembly. Ecoline has easy plate-changing system, especially designed for short print-runs.

 

Folder of Ecoline printing press was designed at DGM MANUGRAPH design-center in USA. It can fold up to 6 webs. Quarter fold, parallel fold and balloon-former can be added as optional devises. The vide variety of driers can be combined with the Ecoline printing line, so machine can print semi-commercial magazines. Two-arm reel splicer, capable to hold web of 1067 mm diameter, was designed especially for this new printing press.

 

Ecoline will be manufactured for newspaper printing as well as for book printing. Manugraph can also offer all available features and aggregates to equip Ecoline web offset printing press on the customer’s request. 

PrintPack India takes place every two years and it’s a starting point for the world companies which are trying to enter Indian market. For the local manufactures it’s the most important international show, wh ere they present latest developments. According to experts visited Manugraph booth, the new newspaper web printing press Ecoline certainly will find its buyer in different parts of the world.
