New installation of Multitec

In summer of 2024, a ten-unit servo-driven flexographic printing machine Multitec S1 was installed in Lipetsk OptiFlex printing house. Thanks to the chilling cylinders, it can also print on stretchable materials. The list of additional options includes a rail system, a combo laminator and cold stamping, a reverse cross and a delam-relam, a coupon laminator, a BST alignment table, and GEW dryers.

This machine has become the latest purchase of the printing house and allows to provide low cost of various circulations of self-adhesive labels.

Installation was carried out by service engineers of Vneshmultigraph company.

Provision of spare parts and warranty service is also carried out by the Russian company.

Multitec machine is equipped with components from the leading European manufacturers, which allows Russian printers to use their usual working methods.

Thanks to the massive frame, the weight of the machine is 17 tons. The absence of plastic elements in the mechanics and the gears of Multitec's own manufacture allow to count on a very long service life of the equipment.
