Oborin (CEO of MPK).At the beginning of 2023, Vneshmultigraph specialists performed the installation and putting-into-operation of Idealgandria cardboard cutting line from the Italian manufacturer Solema. The installation was carried out by Russian engineers without the arrival of plant specialists from Italy.
The machine is equipped with an SB-Feed pallet feeder, which significantly increases the productivity of the equipment, with the help of pneumatic suction cups cardboard sheets are automatically fed into the IdealGandria cutting module, where longitudinal and cross cutting of cardboard is carried out in one run, while ensuring the orthogonality of all products. Longitudinal cutting of products is carried out by rotary knives, and a pair of counter scissor-type knives is used for cross cutting. The principle of longitudinal and cross cutting in one pass greatly simplifies the process of cutting cardboard, increases the processing speed in this operation, since previously 2 separate machines were required, in addition, the percentage of error in dimensions is minimized and the percentage of waste in production is reduced.
The machine is programmed according to the cutting format and at the same time products of different formats can be in operation.
Longitudinal cutting provides the size of products from 5 to 700 mm, the speed of work is 132 strokes per minute. Idealgandria can work with any type of cardboard from 0.75mm to 10mm corrugated board.
